1. Monthly Service Charges

Bizusher LLC operates on a monthly billing cycle for our marketing services. Clients are charged in advance for each month of service. All fees for monthly services are outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

2. Refund Eligibility

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with our services and wish to dispute or request a refund, the following terms apply:

100% Refund of Current Month’s Services: If a dispute is raised and accepted, Bizusher LLC will refund 100% of the current month’s service charges, provided the request is made within the billing month in question. No Refunds for Prior Months: Refunds will not be issued for services rendered in prior months or for any month outside the current billing cycle.

Usage Charges: Any phone, email, or other usage-based charges incurred by the client during the current month are non-refundable once used. These charges will be deducted from any refund amount, as applicable.

3. Dispute Process

To initiate a refund or dispute:

Provide a detailed explanation of the reason for your dispute or refund request, along with any supporting documentation (if applicable). Bizusher LLC will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days with a resolution or further clarification.

4. Maximum Liability

Bizusher LLC’s maximum liability for any refund or dispute is limited to the total charges paid by the client for the current month’s services. We are not liable for any additional costs, damages, or losses beyond the current month’s service fees.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

Services already completed or delivered in prior billing cycles. Usage-based charges (e.g., phone or email usage) once utilized by the client. Any setup fees, one-time charges, or custom project fees, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

6. Policy Changes

Bizusher LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund and Dispute Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be revised accordingly. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
